Tandem paragliding flight is one of the best ways to experience paragliding for your first time. We’re located in the beautiful mountain town of Leavenworth Washington, surrounded by mountains, orchards, the Wenatchee River and Icicle Creek. It’s a wonderful place to see from above.
Site Information
Tumwater Mountain is located right in the town of Leavenworth Washington. The site is accessible by vehicle with a short walk from the parking area to launch. This is a private site that does require a current USHPA P3 (or higher) rating and registering with the Tumwater Mountain Flight Park through one of their representatives. A site orientation is also mandatory for all pilots.
Flight Park Informaiton
Tumwater Mountain Flight Park manages the access to the new private Tumwater Mountain Launch. pilots wishing to fly here need to have a current USHPA P3 (or higher) rating and are required to register with the Tumwater Mountain Flight Park through one of their representatives. A site orientation is also mandatory for all pilots.
